My patient perspective:
As a patient, both courses were useful as follows:
Pathways course-provided useful tools to understand my new diagnosis and how to maintain emotional well being and wholeness through the transition to a new lifestyle, while experiencing significant losses in mobility and professional changes.
Neuroplasticity course-provided excellent illustrations of inner dialogue and how to build increased resilience. This created space for possibilities for developing new goals for myself. As a result of my faith in all things possible, I managed to build a website with the assistance of my daughter. In addition, I developed a newfound respect for my courage and tenacity.
